By accessing or using our website, software products, mobile applications, and related services—including but not limited to the HavenVault cryptocurrency application—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Fluffy Bunny Haven LLC provides software development services, IT consulting, and operates HavenVault, a digital asset management and custody platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. HavenVault & Cryptocurrency Risks

If you use our HavenVault application or any related cryptocurrency services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from market fluctuations.
Security Responsibilities: While HavenVault employs robust security measures, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions (such as BTC or ETH transfers) are generally irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address.

                Regarding the "1:1 Compensation Guarantee": Any compensation, damage protection, or custody guarantees advertised for HavenVault are strictly subject to the specific Custody Agreement and terms explicitly outlined and accepted within the HavenVault application itself. These general Terms of Service do not establish financial liability independently.
            

4. User Conduct and Compliance

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not use our platforms (including HavenVault) to engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant law enforcement agencies and terminate your access immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code (including Go backend systems and Flutter frontend interfaces), designs, logos, text, and other content provided by Fluffy Bunny Haven LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluffy Bunny Haven LLC, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
